Record Numbers for the 2026 Club Championships

Last weekend saw the staging of the 2026 Harleyford Golf Club Championships, and with glorious sunshine throughout the weekend, the course provided the perfect setting for our flagship competition.

This year's Championships attracted a record field of around 140 competitors across the Men's and Women's events, making it the largest Club Championships in Harleyford's history. It was fantastic to see so many members taking part, creating a wonderful atmosphere both on and off the course.

The exceptional turnout is a real testament to the strength of competitive golf at Harleyford and has led us to make an exciting change for next year. To allow even more members to compete over both days, the Men's and Women's Club Championships will be held on separate weekends from 2027.

Plate Competition

A huge thank you goes to everyone who competed, our volunteer starters and scoreboard team, the greenkeeping staff for presenting the course in outstanding condition, and the clubhouse and professional shop teams whose hard work ensured the weekend ran so smoothly.

Congratulations once again to all of our winners. The standard of golf throughout the weekend was exceptional, and the camaraderie, sportsmanship and friendly competition on display reflected everything that makes Harleyford Golf Club such a special place.
