Dear Harleyford Golf Club Members,

We hope this message finds you well. It is our pleasure to invite you to the Annual Members Meeting of Harleyford Golf Club, where we will come together to celebrate our achievements, discuss our plans for the upcoming year, and address any questions or concerns you may have.

This is a great opportunity for everyone to review all the progress made in the past year, show you some exciting plans we have for the future and answer any questions you may have regarding the Golf Club.

In appreciation of your continued support, complimentary drinks and nibbles will be provided, and the Heads of Department will all be in attendance for you to ask any questions you may have.
